The intelligent Morningstar 45A 12V/24V/36V/48V Tristar MPPT Solar Charge Controller produced by Morningstar incorporated belongs to their Tristar series of Charge Controllers which are characterised by their three functions: reliable solar battery charging, load control or diversion regulation.

This MPPT Solar Charge Controller has its unique tracking algorithm that gives it the highest peak efficiency of about 99% with reduced power losses. It also performs remarkably at high temperatures of about 45C. The Morning Star 45A is great for on- or off-grid Solar (PV) systems up to about 3kW.
